Children under the age of 8 years skipass free – on purchase of a skipass by the relative adult for the same time.

• 0 – 3 years free
• 4 – 11 years 50%
• 12 – 16 years 25%
• 17 – 99 years 15%

Room cancellations
Room cancellations may only be made in writing.

• More than three months before start of journey:  no cancellation fee
• 3 months to 1 month before start of journey: 40 % of the value of the booking
• 1 month to 1 week before start of journey: 80 % of the value of the booking
• In the last week (7 nights) before start of journey: 90 % of the value of the booking
• In the event of late arrival or early departure we will charge 100% of the booking value

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance to avoid any such cancellation charges.
In the event of cancellation, the booking cannot be rebooked for another period.

Things can happen before your holiday starts. With our cancellation insurance, you’re covered financially. If you start your booked hotel stay late or even not at all, or if you leave early, cancellation fees may be charged.
